General Conditions of Sale

Article 1 – Applicable law

The contract formed by the registration to one of our trainings is strictly ruled by French law. The chosen court of justice to settle any matter is the Tribunal d’Instance, located in Mont-de-Marsan (France).

Article 2 – General conditions of sale

By registering for one of our trainings, the client expressly agree to abide by the general conditions of sale. No derogatory conditions can apply.

Article 3 – Registration validation

All applicants must fill out a form downloadable on this website.
All registration will be validated after the trainee has agreed to the general conditions of sale, has been accepted by our teaching team and has made the appropriate payment.

Article 4 – Payment

Payment can be made by credit card, check or transfer.

In case of failed payment, we will suspend the confirmation of the registration as long as it is not made. Any fees induced by the recovering of the payment will be charged to the clients who accepts this responsibility.

Article 5 – Cancelling and postponing

A notice of cancellation must be sent by writing.

In case of cancellation 2 months prior the beginning of the course, no cancellation fees will be requested.

Between 2 months and 15 days prior the beginning of the course, a 30% cancellation fee of the total amount will be requested, even in case of neceessity. However, the trainee will be allowed to use this credit to register for another course, within the next 12 months.

Between 15 days and the beginning of the course, 30% of the total amount will be charged as cancellation fee, even in case of necessity.

All cancellation or no show on the day of the beginning of the training will involve the charging of the total amount of the course.
But before the training starts, the registered trainee may be replaced by another person provided he/she is accepted by our teaching team.

In case of interruption, the total amount of the training will be charged.

The Institute can cancel or postpone every courses 10 days before it starts. No compensation will be given. The fees will be either reimbursed or allocated to another session.

Article 6 – Intellectual property

The following brands are registered to the INPI office and belong exclusively to C.H.E.F – emg : Michel Guérard, Cuisine Minceur, Cuisine (de) Santé, Pâtisserie (de) Santé, Cuisine santé-plaisir, Cuisine santé-nature, Ecole de Cuisine de Santé, Bouillons essentiels, Bouillons-mères, Bouillons-filles, Coulis-coulants, Minceur Essentielle, Huiles parfums, Liaisons potagères, Potages essentiels, Soupes essentielles, Vinaigrettes essentielles, Health Cuisine, Health Pastry.

The company and the trainee acknowledge that the training gives absolutely no right to use those trademarks, and commit to never use them, inside and outside the company.

All reproduction of any content of the website is strictly forbidden, including texts, pictures, drawings, trademarks, etc. The use of hypertext links to the website has to be officially approved.

Article 7 – Responsibility

Pictures and recipes are given as example and programs may vary following the seasons.

In case of incomplete fulfillment of our commitments, we are only hold to the sole reimbursement of purchased services. No damages, direct or indirect, may be claimed as a consequence.

Article 8 – Contract

Upon request, the Institute can send to the client a signed agreement of training.

After the training, a presence certificate can be sent.

Article 9 – IT and Freedom

Following the law n°78-17, enacted on January 6 1978, « IT and liberties », you have the right to access and correct the information you have given us.
