• 25 seasonal recipes of advanced level inspired from Michel Guérard’s Michelin-starred cuisine.
Sample recipes : pea soup and truffle cloud, delicate scampi on frothy potatoes, mushroom Parmentier in chaud-froid, traditional stuffed cabbage, guilt-free cassoulet, spring risotto with prawns.
