• Cuisine : Tandoori-spiced white fish, orange-flavoured carrot terrine, herb-scented prawn skewers, lamb curry, vegetables risotto, lemongrass spare rib of pork, pumpkin velvety soup, soft mushroom terrine, various burgers, various gratins, soft-boiled egg with a green sauce, duck hachis Parmentier, grilled red mullet with a carrot confit, fillet of beef béarnaise, cold beef salad, cod brandade, stuffed chicken breast, coley fillets with quenelles spiked with pink grapefruit
• Pastry : Coffee zephyr cream, poached peach with fragrant jelly and lemon mousse, frozen raspberry soufflé, tiramisu, floating island.
